Its Been a Long Time...

It has been a while since I did a blog post but what can say, I been busy. These days I tend to focus more on The Evil TeddyBear Podcast then anything. We just passed the episode 40 mark and moved the posting of each episode to a new site called “PodOMadtic.com”.   So far I have been having fun playing on that site but we definitely need to get more show up there.  The big plus about being on that site, the podcast is easy to access now through iTunes. I can’t wait to see how it does on there.

Other than the podcast, Thomas and I have been filming parodies skits of stuff we like. Our last two videos we shot didn’t do so well on YouTube but they were fun to make. I even have people calling me “Baggy Pants” based on the video we put up. Right now I’m waiting for Thomas to finish editing our next video called “Apocalypse Today”, a morning show parody based in the future in a zombie/mutant earth. I loved shooting this video because we got to use a lot more than a green screen. I do wish we could get more people involved with our shoots and film something much bigger but for now we have to work with what we got.

All in all, life is okay so far. I’ve been job hunting like always and trying to stay true to myself. I’ve started playing around with the idea of writing something bigger than the skits but for now… for now I think I’ll stick with the small stuff. Hopefully with the move of the podcast I can get some guest on there soon and chat up movies with them. Until then I’m happy doing the show with one of my best friends.
